Fees are billed in US dollars. Cedi figures are indicative at GH₵11 to the dollar (August 2026). We confirm the amount on the day you pay, by bank transfer or MTN MoMo. The engagement letter is the contract.

You pay us. That is the point. Many Ghana agencies are paid by partner universities, which quietly shapes the shortlist. Western Shores is an independent firm. The school list is built around your file, budget, and visa case, not a commission schedule.
No. Consular officers and immigration authorities decide. We prepare a complete, consistent file and rehearse the interview. Anyone who sells a guaranteed visa is selling something they cannot deliver.
