Between Western Shores Consult (“the firm”) and the student named in the consult form, or that student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 (“you”).
1. Work
The firm provides education consultancy: school shortlist, application support, scholarship strategy, document quality control, and student-visa file preparation for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and named European destinations. You remain the applicant. The firm does not sit the interview, stamp the passport, or decide admission.
2. Fees
Processing of $1,000 (about GH₵11,000 at an indicative GH₵11 to the dollar, August 2026) is due before work starts. $2,500 (about GH₵27,500) is due after visa or study-permit approval. Fees are billed in US dollars. Cedi amounts are confirmed on the day of payment. Payment is by bank transfer or MTN MoMo to details we send in writing.
3. Not included
University application fees, English tests, credential evaluation, SEVIS, visa and biometrics fees, TB tests, flights, and housing. We will itemise those third-party costs. We do not mark them up.
4. Honesty
You confirm that academic records, bank paper, and identity documents are genuine. The firm will not file a case it knows to be false. If a fact changes, you tell us before the next deadline.
5. No guarantee
Universities, scholarship bodies, and immigration authorities make their own decisions. A refusal does not, by itself, create a refund of work already done. Refund rules for a file we decline after the consult, and before processing starts, are in the signed letter.
6. Licensing
The firm is an education consultancy. It does not claim to be a Ghana, US, UK, or Canadian licensed immigration lawyer or CICC consultant unless a later signed schedule names that credential.
7. Law
Ghana law governs. Studio: [Accra office]. Mail: hello@westernshoresconsult.com.
