The site
Content on westernshoresconsult.com is general information about studying abroad from Ghana. It is not a visa decision, not legal advice, and not an offer until we accept an engagement in writing.
No visa guarantee
Universities, scholarship bodies, and immigration authorities make their own decisions. Western Shores Consult prepares applications and files. We do not control those decisions.
Fees named on the site
Unless a signed letter says otherwise, counsel is $1,000 to begin and $2,500 after visa approval. Third-party fees (schools, tests, SEVIS, visa portals, flights) are paid by you to those parties.
Your documents
You confirm that transcripts, bank papers, and identity documents are genuine. We will not file a case we know to be false. If a fact changes, you tell us before the next deadline.
Licensing
We are an education consultancy. We are not immigration lawyers and we do not claim registration as Canadian CICC consultants or U.S. attorneys unless a later page names that credential.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The signed engagement letter controls if it conflicts with this page.
