Yes, in named programmes. Many strong tracks are still German-taught. We will not hide that to close an engagement.

Germany rewards patience and paper. Public tuition can be low. The blocked account, the university entrance qualification, and the visa appointment are not. This is a serious route, not a cheap poster.
Admission reality
Many Ghanaian secondary certificates need a Studienkolleg or a recognised equivalent. Master’s applicants need a first degree that German universities will read as matching. uni-assist is slow. Winter and summer intakes are not suggestions.
Money and visa
A blocked account or other accepted proof of means is part of the national visa. We plan that cash early. An admission letter without the financial instrument is a half file.
