This page describes what we collect when you use the site or send a consult request. It is written in ordinary English because the documents you share are not ordinary.
Who we are
Western Shores Consult operates westernshoresconsult.com. Contact: hello@westernshoresconsult.com. Studio address: [Accra office].
What we collect
If you send the consult form, we receive your name, email, WhatsApp number, study level, destination, intake, academic background, and any note you add. If you email documents, we receive whatever you attach. Server logs may include IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
To reply to enquiries, to judge whether an engagement is possible, and to perform contracted work. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not use student documents to train public AI models.
Where it sits
Form messages are emailed to the firm using Resend when that service is configured. Hosting and analytics run on Vercel. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect privacy-respecting performance data, not advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and to prevent abuse. Client files follow the engagement and Ghana’s data protection rules. You may ask for access or deletion at hello@westernshoresconsult.com.
Children
Undergraduate applicants may be under 18. A parent or guardian should submit the consult. We do not knowingly market to children.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below.
